We have a great opportunity for a Marketplace Sales Manager, supporting the Nashville market. This position reports to our Market Leader and is based out of our Nashville, Tennessee office.
Your Job
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Novatech’ s customer base
Coaching, mentoring, and training sales team
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasting to executive teams
Identify emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of industry products and services and competition status
Network with the local community and seek new business
Exemplify how to hunt new business by cold calling and responding to leads
Train reps on how to maintain assigned territory with excellent customer service
Become an expert of all products, services and solutions Novatech offers to clients
You Bring To Novatech
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Demonstrated success in outside sales
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales leadership
Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
Strong business acumen and industry expertise (or willingness to become an expert)
Phenomenal mentoring, coaching and people management skills
